2 portobello mushrooms

1/2 lb Italian sausage 

1/8 cup grated Parmesan

2 t dried sage

1/8 celery salt

1/8 dried garlic 

Pinch of pepper

Oven 350 cook for 30 mins

Mixed all ingredients together. Make two patties and press one on top of each mushrooms (remove stem). 

These were delicious. I think next time I’ll serve on a bed of lettuce. Maybe not.
