1 lb lean ground turkey

1 16-oz can refried beans

1 4-oz cans diced green chilies

1 tin diced tomatoes, drained of extra “juice”

1 tbsp chili powder

2 tsp ground cumin

1 tsp salt

1/4 tsp cayenne pepper

Mexican blend cheese

Brown the turkey and add in the spices, toms, chilies. Combine well and simmer for several mins. Cover with cheese and place under grill until cheese bubbles and is golden. Serve with chips.
