8 T butter
2/3 cup GF flour
11/2 t salt
1/2 t pepper
3 cups chicken stock
2 cups milk
11/2 lb cooked ground turkey
4 cups cooked brown rice (2 cups uncooked)
1 cup diced mixed peppers

Melt butter in a large saucepan. Add four, salt and pepper. Stir well.
Add stock and milk and bring gently to a boil for 1 minute.
Remove from heat and add turkey, rice, and peppers.
Transfer to a casserole dish and bake at 375 for 40 mins.

Approx 405 carbs for the whole dish.
