1 lb ground turkey
1/4 cup taco powder
4 grated carrots
3 cups chopped broccoli
14 eggs
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Brown the ground turkey and transfer to a 13″ x 9″ Pyrex dish. Add the taco powder and mix well.
Add the carrots and broccoli.
Whisk the eggs and pour over the meat and veg mixture.
Sprinkle cheese over the top.

Bake at 350 for 30 – 35 mins.

Served with Delallo gluten free pasta (cooked and mixed with a little butter and grated cheese).
