Spaghetti squash:
Cut in half. Scoop out seeds and insides. Place upside down in a deep dish and fill 1/4 water. Bake at 375 for 45 mins or until soft.
Scrape out the middle and place in a large bowl, cover.
Next time I need to add a little flavour.
The children put a blob of cream cheese on their squash.

Mahi mahi
Bake at 375 for 22 ish mins.
I flavored mine with a little lemon and herb, salt and pepper.

Heat a little oil, toasted sesame seed oil, and coconut aminos in a large cast iron pan. Cut cabbage into strips. Sauté cabbage until soft.
Serve immediately.
