1lb lamb mince
3 zucchini sliced
5 fl oz red wine

1 egg
1 egg yolk
3 oz milk (or substitute)
4 oz non fat Greek yoghurt

Brown the lamb in cast iron stiller. Add red wine and simmer.
Slice zucchini and broil or bake. Add to cooked lamb and continue to simmer for several minutes.

Whisk egg and egg yoke. Warm the milk and pour over eggs, combine well. Add the Greek yoghurt. Whisk all together until fluffy.

Pour over meat and broil for 8 mins.
