Today I tried a new recipe from healthfulpursuit

I used almond meal instead of protein powder. For the spice flavouring I only used a little ground ginger and no added salt.
I calculated them to be around 14 carbs each. They may be a little less if you deduct more for the high fibre content in the flours.
