Hake baked at 375 for approx. 15 mins.

Mulligatawny sauce:
1 cup each of diced carrots, onion, and celery. Sauté in a pan until soft.
Add
1 tin of toms
1 cup of apple sauce
1 jar of Masala sauce from Trader Joe’s
Simmer for ten mins.

Broccoli lightly pan fried until cooked.

Served with black rice and quinoa combined.
