My first attempt at baking gluten free bread.

I used Pamela’s Bread Mix flour and followed the instructions on the bag. In the picture on the left is cheesy bread and on the right is regular bread.

The cheesy bread came alive when it was toasted and buttered.
It is rather high in carbs and one slice is equal to 190 cals.

I look forward to experimenting more making breads and making my own flour.
