11/3 sticks of butter
3/8 cup 80g soft brown sugar
1/2 cup 125g sugar
2 eggs
2 t vanilla extract
11/3 200g rice flour sifted
2 cups 300g instant polenta
2 t baking powder
1 1/2 cups 250g mini dark choc chips

Beat butter till soft and pale then add sugar and beat again. Add eggs one at a time. Add all other ingredients with the choc chips last.

Roll into balls and press down a little. Place on lined baking sheets. Bake at 325 for 12-14 mins.
