In a medium bowl combine
1 cup rice flower
2/3 cup almond flour
1/3 cup arrowroot powder
1 T whole flax seed
1 T ground flax seed
1/2 t ground cinnamon
3/4 t ground ginger
1 t baking soda
1/4 t salt

In a large bowl combine
3 T molasses
1/4 cup of brown sugar (or your equivalent)
1/4 cup grape seed oil
2-3 T water

Slowly stir dry ingredients into wet.

Roll into a sausage


Divide into twelve. Roll into balls and press down, marking with a fork.


Bake at 350 for 12-15 mins
