4 lbs chickens skinless boneless thighs
1/2 packet frozen peppers
3 zucchini sliced
3 small yellow squash
1/2 packet frozen leek
1 tin of chopped toms
1 small tin of tom paste
2 cups homemade chicken broth
4 cloves of garlic
1 T basil
1 T rosemary
1 T thyme

Place all ingredients in crock pot and cook on low for 6 hours
