I ate too much over the holidays. I don’t like how I feel. I’m doing 21 days of detox!

I’m going to try and post every dinner, if not every meal.

Tonight was delicious.

Hake with Pesto sauce – baked 375
Broccoli – pan fried in a little oil
Spaghetti squash – baked in oven 375 then…
Melt some ghee in a large skillet
Add 6oz soft cheese
Add 1 T basil, parsley, sage, pepper
Stir well.
Add shredded spaghetti squash and combine.

Lefts overs for lunch!
