1 pound orzo cooked per instructions.
1 large shallot finely chopped
2 clove garlic minced
1 14oz can diced toms drained
1 1/4 cup whipping cream
1 cup frozen peas
3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese.

In a large heavy frying pan heat alittle oil. Add shallot and garlic. Sauté.
Add toms and cook until tender. Add cream and peas. Stir in cooked orzo.
Remove from heat and add Parmesan.
