Sear in a pan for 4 mins each side then bake in the oven 450 for 10 mins.


Peel and cube 2.5 lbs. bake in oven for 15 mins.
In the pan that you seared the steak add
4 chopped cloves of garlic
3 T red wine vinegar
3 T maple syrup
Cook for 1 min
Add rutabaga and bring to a boil to coat the veg. Reduce heat for 5 mins.
Sprinkle with mint and serve.

Sauce for steak.
In a small pan heat
1 T ghee
1 T horseradish
2 T mustard
Add some juice from the cooked steak and stir well bringing to a simmer.

Eat and enjoy. This was really good!
