2 cups coconut milk
5 cloves garlic finely chopped
2t ginger root
2 T curry powder
1 t salt
4-5 lbs chicken tenders

Combine ingredients in a bowl then pour over chicken and marinate 2-4 hrs.

1 cup sunbutter
1 T red pepper flakes
1/2 cup coconut milk
1/2 lime juice
1/4 cup raw coconut aminos
1/4 cup hot water maybe more
3 cloves garlic minced.

Combine in blender till smooth.


I made sushi rice in my rice cooker then scooped out with my ice-cream scoop which made nice little rice balls.
