I made some new bars. They are fine to eat at home with tea or coffee but a little too dry to eat on the go.

Combine in a large bowl
3 cups quick cook oats
1/2 cup sesame seeds and sunflower seeds
1/2 t salt
11/2 scoops of chocolate protein powder

In a smaller bowl combine
1 cup goats yoghurt
1/4 honey
1 cup of almond butter and sunflower butter
1 t vanilla extract
1/2 cup chopped figs
1/4 cup apple sauce

Pour wet mixture into dry and combine well.

Line a 13×9″ dish and pour ingredients in pressing down well. Bake 350 for 25-30 mins.
