Homemade ghee is so simple and delicious.

I used 1lb of reasonable quality butter.

Placed it in a heavy oven pot

Baked it for 1hr 15 mins at 250

Then I sieved it through a fine mesh sieve and an old tea-towel. Or you could use cheese cloth but I’d run out.

Pour into a pretty jar to store in your fridge.
