I had a craving for some breakfast sausages but settled for plain old ground pork patties instead.
Each patty weigh approx. 2 oz
I pan fried them on both sides and then transferred them to a baking dish and baked them for 10 mins at 350.

My omelet was 1 egg, 1 egg white whisked with a little added avocado and crumbled goats cheese. Definitely my new favourite cheese.



The rest of the patties, after they had cooled, where placed between wax paper in a ziplock bag and put in the freezer.
I’m not sure why I bothered doing that as they will be gobbled up by my daughters in no time.
