I made 12 chicken thighs but the following is for 4 chicken thighs

1 t smoked paprika
1 t garlic powder
1 t ground cumin
1/4 t cayenne pepper
1 T oil (red palm oil if you have it)

Place ingredients into a ziplock bag and mix. Add chicken, seal bag, toss. Marinade as long as possible.
Bake 425 for 40-45 mins.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
