In a large bowl mix
4 cups quick cook oats
1/2 cup flaxseed meal
2 scoops chocolate protein powder
1 cup of chopped dried cranberries

In a separate bowl microwave for one minute
1/2 cup honey
1 cup of applesauce
2 T nut butter

Then add
1/2 cup coconut water
2 t vanilla extract
Stir well then add to dry ingredients and mix


Press into a 9×13 lined dish and cool in fridge.

Cut into 16 slices, wrap, and freeze or refrigerate.


These are my favourite and they don’t melt in the heat like the chocolate covered protein bars you can buy.
