Turkey frittata with salad and fried egg

Turkey frittata
1 lb of ground turkey browned
1/4 cup of taco powder mixed into turkey
1 bag of broccoli slaw added to turkey
Cook for 10 mins mixing well
Place above into a 9×13 Pyrex dish and cover with 10 whisked eggs
Bake at 350 for 20 mins.

Spinach and spring salad with crumbled goats cheese sprinkled with balsamic vinegar.

Frittata topped with a fried or poached egg
