Thought I would try and make these rice cakes that I have heard so much about.

2 cups of sushi rice
3 cups of water
Cook per instructions

I used and added to the cooked rice
6 oz chopped cooked Canadian bacon
2 T coconut aminos
4 eggs well scrambled.

Next time I will add Parmesan cheese

Mixed well and pressed into an 8×8 lined dish.
When cooled cut into bars and wrap
