2 1/2 chicken
1 cup of coconut milk
3 cloves of garlic
11/2 t ginger
1 T curry powder
1 t salt

Place in a zip lock bag and marinate.

Place in a dish and bake 375 for 20 mins until done

Saute a chopped onion in a large pan
Add a clove of garlic
Grate a whole cauliflower and add.
Sauté for several minutes.
