Beef Ragu

2 lb ground beef brown and fat drained
Soften in a pan
1 small onion
2 carrots chopped
2 sticks of celery chopped
4 cloves garlic
Add
Tin of tomato paste
Tin of tomatoes
Rosemary
1 cup of red wine.
Bring to the boil and simmer for several minutes.
Add everything to crockpot on slow for 4 hours
I also added some small potatoes and mushrooms.
