Beef Ragu served with garlic broccoli
Roasted red potatoes.

3lbs cooked ground beef
Cook in some oil:
1 red onion chopped
4 stalks of celery chopped
4 carrots chopped
11/2 cups of red wine and simmer for five mins
1 tin of tomato paste
1 tub of cherry tomatoes halved
1 T Rosemary
Add ground beef and 1 cup of water if required.
Cook in slow cooker on low for 4 hours

Place broccoli in a 13×9″ Pyrex dish and sprinkle with garlic salt. Bake at 425 for 30 mins

Place red potatoes chopped into small pieces on baking tray with a little seasoning of your choice. Bake with broccoli.
