Beef Ragu

Soften and place in crock pot
1 onion
2 carrots
2 stalks of celery

3 lb ground beef browned and add to crock pot with
1 tin tom paste
48 oz chopped toms
4 cloves garlic
1 T thyme

In frying pan used to brown the meat simmer 11/4 cups of red wine then pour over contents of crock pot.
Cook on low 4 hrs.

Served with sweet potato
