I ate left overs from breakfast: sausage scramble.

Then I went on a 3.5hr 45 mile climbing bike ride and ate a Pure bar and a date or two. Drank a bottle of Nuun water and a bottle of plain water.

After the ride I ate a pear and drank a bottle of chocolate coconut water.
A little more sausage scramble and a large carrot 🙂

Came home to a nice cup of tea.
