Chicken and veg “lo mien”

In a large frying pan add for 1 min
Toasted sesame oil
1 T minced ginger
1 T minced garlic
Then add
1 lb cooked turkey breast cubed
2 cups of broccoli
1/2 cup water chestnuts
1/4 cup of celery chopped
After 2 mins add
2 cups shredded cabbage
4 T coconut
Cook until cabbage is soft 3-4 mins
