Beef burger, protein style with side of veg

Beef burger: weigh ground beef into 1/4 lbs and form burgers in hands.
Line a tray with foil and place a rack over tray. Place burgers on rack and bake in oven 375 degrees for 15-20 mins until cooked.

Veg side:
1 lb Brussel sprouts peeled and halved
1 large sweet potato peeled and chopped
3 rashers of bacon chopped
Place ingredients on a baking tray and bake 375 for 30 mins.
