Chicken tenders: season with salt and pepper then dip in rice flour.
Heat a little butter and oil in a frying pan and cook tenders until light brown on each side. Transfer to a baking tray and bake in oven 350 degrees 10-20 mins.
Cauliflower: chop and place in a 9×13 pyrex dish. Bake in oven 350 degrees for 30 mins.
Green beans: chop half an onion and soften in a large frying pan.
Add
3 cloves garlic,
1 t cumin
1 t coriander
1 t paprika
1/2 t red pepper flakes
1/2 t salt
1 cup coconut milk
1 lb green beans

Simmer for 20 mins then add a little chopped cilantro and 1 t lime juice

Sweet potatoes: bake and chop

Serve and eat
