Mix together in a large bowl
2.5 cups rice krispies
2 cups oats
4 T flaxseed meal
1/2 cup chopped dried apricots
1/4 sunflower seeds

Mix together in a small bowl and heat in microwave for 40 secs
1/4 cup applesauce ( more if needed)
1/3 cup honey
1/3 cup nutella
1/3 cup nut butter

Mix all ingredients together

Press firmly into lined 9×13 glass dish
Chill for several hours
Turn out onto board and cut into 16 bars
Wrapped individually in wax paper and freeze.
Defrost 20 mins before eating.
